Payment, delivery and returns

Payment

Online by Visa or Mastercard via WayForPay — after checkout you are taken to a secure payment page. Card details never reach our site.

If online payment is temporarily unavailable, the order is accepted as a request: an administrator calls you, confirms availability and agrees on the payment method.

Delivery

Shop items are delivered by Nova Poshta across Ukraine — to the branch or parcel locker chosen at checkout. Delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch; the fee follows the carrier’s tariffs and is paid on receipt.

Pickup — at the clinic in Kyiv (3 Dorohozhytska St., Building V15) during working hours after confirmation by an administrator.

Digital products (PDF meal plans)

The meal plan becomes available right after the payment is confirmed — a download link appears on the order status page. The link is valid for 24 hours from opening the page and can be reopened when needed.

Returns and exchange

Non-food items of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if the packaging and appearance are intact (Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”). Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Food products (chocolate) and digital products, once access to the file is granted, are non-returnable.

A defective or wrong item is replaced at our expense — contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos.
