Reading the medical markers
Doctors assess every type of metabolism through lab markers. The ratio of proteins, carbohydrates and fats is set so the body gets everything it needs. Ongoing medical supervision lets eating techniques be corrected as you go.
Setting the eating rhythm
The metabolic rhythm is set by the right schedule and portion size. Doctors work with three-meal and five-meal patterns. The goal of the method is to bring insulin back to its baseline.
Biorhythms of eating
Food is distributed correctly through the day and the equator rule is kept. The order of meals is dictated by hormones, above all insulin: through food we act on hormones, and hormones regulate metabolism.
